PRG Hospitality Owner Alan Popovsky and Culinary Director Takeshi Nishikawa elected to bring the neighborhood a ghost kitchen to operate in the Declaration Restaurant space. Stingray Kitchen is an international experience with menus changing four times per year. Each change will represent a season and a region. From the traditional cooking of Asian cuisine to the fresh mezze of the Mediterranean. Stingray Kitchen promises to expand your culinary horizons.

Stingray Kitchen is a COVID safe facility taking over two dozen safety steps to ensure that your food is prepared with extensive thought and care. We offer only carry out, delivery and curbside pick up available.
